Our goal is to serve you: To provide you with the best shopping experience- from shopping, to delivery, as well as while using our products.

You will be kindly asked to agree to our Refunds and Exchange Policy before completing your purchase.

We do not hold inventory: 6Isaiah8 merchandize are personalized products, therefore they are only custom handmade once the order has been placed. Thereby, all of our products cannot be re-stocked or returned. However, refunds or exchanges will be granted under special terms and at the discretion of 6Isaiah8:

We have a 5-day claim policy, which means you have 5 days after receipt of delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address your concerns and amend the situation. Please kindly complete and submit a claim at our Refund and Exchange Request – 6Isaiah8 page. In order for us to review claims, customers are required to upload photos and/or videos. The sooner you submit your request, the sooner we can review your claim and either issue you a refund or an exchange. Claims created after day 5 may be reviewed to the discretion of 6Isaiah8 on a case-by-case basis. As we are here to serve you: Your happiness is our primary goal!

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Refunds & Exchanges will be processed due to the following:

  • Quality due to manufacturing errors such as holes, tears, missing products, damaged parts, stains, mechanical issues, and extremely poor quality. 
  • Product errors such as shipment of the wrong product, color, or size- differing from the customer's order. 
  • Order was shipped to the wrong address- different from the address provided by the customer. 
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Logistical problems: If the product is lost during shipping- no more than 3 days after the expected delivery date.
  • Product damaged during delivery. Photos of package and product are required.

 

Refunds & Exchanges will not be processed due to the following:

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns will be processed.
  • Misspelled personalized names - due to customer's error. Please kindly double-check spelling before check-out. Customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product.
  • Size inconsistency: Please refer to size guides to assist with your selection. Customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product.
  • Wrong personalization selection - due to customer's error. Please kindly double-check the selection before check-out. Customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product. 
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer such as recipient's name, address and/or phone numbers. Customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product.
  • Delivered but not received: Recipients not at home at the time the order was delivered. Customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product.
  • Color variations between the physical product versus what is viewed on an electronic screen.

All claims will be reviewed and determined at the discretion of 6Isaiah8. Refunds will be issued and credited within 7 days of its approval. Order Cancellations or Edits

We understand that sometimes customers change their minds and no longer want a product, or they wish to edit an order (e.g., delivery information or personalization) after it has been placed. Because we have partnered with several manufacturers to custom handmake our merchandize, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or edits after the order is placed. However, we will try our best to make these changes as soon as you contact us at the email below within 24 business hours of placing your order. * Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. If edits cannot be made, customers will be liable for the costs of the new order, should they choose to replace the product. 

* We cannot issue cancellations for the following products Burp Cloths, Crib Sheets, Sherpa Blankets, Sippy Cups, and Toddler Rib Dress.
